Founding Membership goes on sale Monday, May 4, 2026, at 12 p.m. PT. Those on the membership waitlist will have access at 10 a.m. PT through a direct link delivered by email.

Membership begins at the time of purchase.

Memberships are active for one year and run through the end of the final month. Founding Memberships purchased before September 2026 will be active through September 2027.

Welcome packets will be mailed to Founding Members starting in June. Please allow three to five weeks for your packet to arrive. To replace a lost welcome packet, contact the Membership office at membership@lucasmuseum.org. You will receive a digital membership card immediately when you join.

Your membership confirmation email has links to add a membership card to a digital wallet. You can also add your digital membership card from your online account by logging in at my.lucasmuseum.org/account/login.

Members at the Social level and above may add a secondary adult. Children 17 and under are free. Memberships are not transferable.

Members at the Social level and above may add a designated secondary member to their account by logging in at my.lucasmuseum.org/account/login. Please note that you can designate a secondary member only once for the year of membership. Secondary member names can be changed only at the time of renewal.

At this time, member communications and reservation confirmations will be sent only to the primary member’s email address on file.

Memberships are nontransferable. Benefits are valid only for designated members and their accompanied guests.

Guest admission benefits vary based on membership level. Visit lucasmuseum.org/membership to see the full list of member benefits. All guests must be accompanied by the primary or secondary member named on the account. Please note that individual member benefits cannot be combined with corporate member offerings.

No, we do not have reciprocity with other museums at this time.

You can join online at lucasmuseum.org/membership or email membership@lucasmuseum.org to connect with our Membership team.

Within ninety days of your membership purchase or renewal date, you can upgrade to a higher membership level and pay the difference. Your new level and benefits will start right away, and your expiration date will remain the same.
If more than ninety days have passed since your membership purchase or renewal, you can upgrade to a higher membership level through an early renewal. You will renew at the full price, and your new level benefits will start right away. You won’t lose any time on your membership, as the new twelve months of membership will be added to your existing expiration date.
You can upgrade your membership online at lucasmuseum.org/membership by logging into your account and selecting a membership level above your current level.

Yes, membership payments are partially tax deductible to the extent permitted by law.

The confirmation email you receive after your payment is processed acts as your tax receipt. To request a copy of your Lucas Museum membership’s tax receipt for your personal records, please contact us at membership@lucasmuseum.org.

Membership payments are charitable contributions to Lucas Museum. As such, they are not refundable or transferable.
Membership benefits may be revoked in serious cases of misuse, such as unauthorized resale of member tickets or in violation of the visitor code of conduct. The Lucas Museum is committed to providing an inclusive and welcoming experience for all. Racism, discrimination, or abusive behavior will not be tolerated and may be grounds for membership termination. -
No. Memberships cannot be paused or put on hold.

By enrolling in automatic renewal, you authorize the Lucas Museum to automatically charge the credit card on file on an annual basis, at the then-current price for the membership level you have chosen. Additionally, you agree to the Autorenewal Terms and Conditions. Automatic renewal can be canceled anytime online or by email.

Because members receive goods and services as part of their membership, Lucas Museum does not accept gifts from donor-advised funds as payment for any portion of a Lucas Museum membership. If you have questions about the usage of your specific donor-advised fund, please consult your tax advisor or the sponsoring organization of your donor-advised fund.

Membership benefits may not be used for commercial purposes. Any unauthorized use may result in your membership being revoked. Membership benefits may not be resold, exchanged, or transferred. All membership levels, benefits, and prices are subject to change. Membership does not guarantee access to every event at the museum.

Your gift is very much appreciated and may be tax deductible pursuant to IRC §170(c). The Lucas Museum of Narrative Art has been formed to offer public access to narrative art collections, which serve the community and promotes arts and culture.
